The Town of Kinder is currently receiving quotes for the following project:

Kinder Community Center Remodel/Update

• Install new commercial grade LVP flooring with baseboards
• Replace all ceiling tiles (2’ X 4’)
• Paint all walls, doors, trim – to include any wall/corner repairs

The area to be remodeled is approximately 7,000 square feet and includes the main multi-purpose area, kitchen/pantry area, and restrooms.

The work must be scheduled for February 2024.

Floor plans of the building may be viewed at City Hall, 333 N. 8th Street, Monday – Thursday 7:30 – 4:30 p.m. and Fridays 8:00 – noon.
