Town of Kinder will receive sealed bids for the purchase of the following surplus property:

Item #1: 20’ X 30’ METAL PAVILION COVER AND ASSOCIATED METAL SUPPORT BEAMS (Storm damaged)

Item #2: 20’ X 30’ METAL PAVILION COVER AND ASSOCIATED METAL SUPPORT BEAMS (Storm damaged)

Both items are labeled, located within, and may be viewed at Veteran’s Park situated at the corner of 1^st Avenue and Park Road in Kinder, Louisiana. The sale of such surplus property is “where is” and “as is” and without warranty whatsoever.

Bidders shall make SEPARATE sealed bids on each item.

The successful bidder shall be required to remove the surplus property from the park at bidder’s sole expense within fifteen (15) days after the date of closing of the sale and risk of loss shall be on the successful bidder after closing of the sale.

Sealed bids shall be accepted during regular business hours at the office of Town Clerk located at 333 N. 8^th Street, Kinder, Louisiana until 12:00 p.m., Friday, December 4, 2020. The name and contact information for the bidder shall be placed both upon the bid and upon the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid.
